What will this workshop cover?
We all know that a great volunteer can be a tremendous asset to our organization and we all wish we had more of them. But we also know it takes a lot of time to recruit them and manage them. This workshop will provide helpful hints for:
- Setting up a user-friendly volunteer management system for small community-based organizations
- Attracting, hiring, and retaining volunteers
- Creating easy-to-use tools for volunteer management
It will also provide an opportunity for participants to share their own experiences with what works and what doesn’t.
Workshop participants will also receive a volunteer management resource manual that includes resources and valuable tools that can be tailored to meet your organization’s needs.
Light refreshments will be served
Registration for this workshop is now closed.
