Nicole Robinson: Senior Project Specialist, Evaluation and Organizational Development. Currently lead evaluator for two projects out of The Office of HIV/AIDS Policy: The Leadership Campaign on AIDS (TLCA), and the Evaluation of the new National HIV/AIDS Community Mobilization Campaign, both through subcontracts with John Snow, Inc (JSI). For TLCA (a national project designed to encourage leaders in communities of color to address HIV/AIDS and to make government programs and resources more accessible to community-based HIV/AIDS service providers), coordinates process and short-terms outcomes evaluation. For the Evaluation of the National Mobilization Campaign (a new initiative designed to re-energize targeted outreach and public education efforts that encourage more people to get tested for HIV), leads development of evaluation measures and instruments, implementation of the evaluation, including training of regional Campaign staff, management of data collection and analysis, and report development. Also providing strategic planning assistance to the Domestic Violence Resource Project, an Asian/Pacific Islander-focused organization. Member of the team evaluating grantmaking for the Washington AIDS Partnership and the federal advocacy work of Voices for America’s Children. Also involved in capacity-building assistance to community-based organizations east of the Anacostia River. Joined Mosaica in January 2006. Previous experience with HIV/AIDS, health promotion programming and evaluation, group facilitation, and other work with communities of color. Holds an MPH and MSW from the University of Michigan and a BSW from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Bilingual English/Spanish.
