Project Specialist.
Organizational Development. Ana coordinates capacity-building HIV/AIDS work with national community partners to the Office of HIV/AIDS Policy's AIDS.gov, a national project out of the Department of Health and Human Services designed to encourage leaders in communities of color to address HIV/AIDS and to make government programs and resources more accessible to community-based HIV/AIDS service providers by using new media. She is also providing strategic planning assistance to the Primary Care Coalition in Montgomery County, MD, a nonprofit working with public and private partners to provide high-quality and accessible health care for low-income, uninsured residents. Ana is a member of the Financial Management and Oversight Technical Assistance team at Mosaica, which provides comprehensive TA to small community-based nonprofits, such as the Total Family Care Coalition, a mental health outreach and advocacy nonprofit in DC. Ana holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service in Culture and Politics, with a Certificate in Latin American Studies, from Georgetown University. She is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in French. |
