Since its inception in 1994, Mosaica has provided organizational development assistance to more than 100 local, regional, and national nonprofit organizations in the U.S. Mosaica has worked with a wide range of nonprofits – some small, some large, some established and some just starting. In keeping with Mosaica’s mission, most are led by and/or serve communities of color. Mosaica provides a wide range of services for Boards, staff, and volunteers within these organizations, including organizational assessments and strategic planning, resource development planning and fundraising capacity building, restructuring support, and assistance in financial management and oversight, Board development,
program design and delivery, personnel management, other management systems, volunteer activities and community involvement and community building, community organizing and advocacy, program evaluation, and coalition building.
Mosaica helps strengthen nonprofits so they can provide high quality services and advocacy and be sustainable, well run nonprofit organizations that strengthen their communities and help the U.S. live up to its ideals.
